can you believe how big jack is? i have heard a million times: time goes so fast when watching your child(ren) grow, and it couldn't be truer. he amazes me everyday with new tricks, words and physical development. he is turning into a little boy before my eyes and camera.
after a pretty frustrating week: i did myself a favor and went to the annie leibovitz photography exhibit here in sf. it is such an amazing collection of personal and professional images of hers. she really is the master at capturing the inner spirit, breaking the mask and using light in a very powerful way. it is no secret that i am truly inspired by her body of work. if you are around the legion of honor, stop in and have a look.
i have been finding myself more attracted by really dramatic light... the light in our place at sunset is amazing and cannot help but to photograph jack in it. that warm buttery glow is so yummy :).
