i wear flowers in my hair

max and jett.  jett and max.  brillliant fun! max gave me a flower for my hair and swept me off my feet :).  these boys are so fun and lovely. thank you for spending the morning with me -- and meeting me a blackies pasture.  had a blast with you guys!

my son

i wish i knew a better... bigger way to say how much i love you. you are amazing and wonderful.  i am truly blessed beyond my wildest dreams.  i am so honored to be your mom.  to be the one to love you everyday -- all day... every minute... every second.  to be the one to teach and guide you.  to learn to trust you.  to hold your hand and wipe your tears.  to shoo the scary monsters from your bedroom.  to laugh at the upside down show with you.  to share a banana with you.  to drive to petaluma so you can take a quick catnap.  to splash in the rain in our green boots together.  to spray water on the spiders in the garden.  to find waldo.  to find any and all jumpy houses in the area to let you jump your little heart out.  to hold you at night.  to kiss you goodnight.  i love you, my son.

our craft

the above three images are of jackbot and i trying out the below craft.  i always imagined my child and i doing little projects like this together.  it always ends up the same though -- me getting way into it and j making a pile of glitter and calling them robot spaceships with aliens blasting out of them.  i love that this little project became a creative source of entertainment for him as well (just not the way i was envisioning).  we still enjoyed our time together and i made some pretty  painted cardboards ;).  hug + bugs- and loves - rah
